Michelle Habrusiev (Formerly Kluczinske)

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from State University of New York Upstate Medical University.

I have had the privilege of working across a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric units, psychiatric emergency rooms, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care centers, interventional psychiatry clinics, and outpatient clinics.

I have obtained certifications related to ADHD management as well as integrative mental health care.

I focus on mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, focus and concentration issues with an integrative approach. I discuss relevant lab work, supplements, lifestyle and behavioral choices, as well as medications. I focus on patient education and collaborative decision-making.

I aim to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their struggles and defining their goals, so we can work together towards achieving them.
