Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Michelle. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for 10 years. I tend to find fulfillment working with adults needing support working through adjustments and challenges life brings. I encourage you throughout your journey, whether facing challenges with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, work, trauma, or family conflict.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered approach when working with clients. I focus on meeting clients where they are, providing empathy and a non-judgmental approach. Further, I also use CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused interventions. I make my best effort to utilize humor, acceptance, and empathy as part of the therapeutic relationship. I find myself creating a safe, welcoming space for my clients to process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I provide space for the you to discuss what brought you here and what you are looking to achieve. From there, we will identify and discuss goals for therapy. Treatment goals for therapy are a collaborative effort that is attainable and realistic, tailored to your needs.
