Great to meet you!

I help adolescents and adults regain balance and hope in their lives through the use of verbal and creative expression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy in an individualized manner, and allow my clients to set the pace of the therapeutic process. I encourage self-reflection, growth, and personal development in order to work toward a balanced, hopeful and harmonized lifestyle.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to walk away from each session with gained insight into at least one area of therapeutic focus. Between sessions I encourage continuous reflection and implementation of skill building. Occasionally, clients will be given homework, in preparation for the next session.
