Great to meet you!

I am so glad that you’re here! We can work together to determine how you can be best supported during our time together and to define what goals may be of importance to you. As a therapist, I have supported adults, adolescents, children and families encountering a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, family conflict, grief, school and work-related issues, self-esteem, and phase-of-life concerns.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and conversational, and I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of established treatments, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and open space that is trauma-informed and unique to each individual I meet. I view therapeutic work through a holistic, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive lens. I welcome open dialogue and view much of our therapeutic work as a collaboration.

What you can expect from me

I value forming strong therapeutic relationships that allow for self-exploration as well as strengthening practical skills and coping techniques. I recognize each person has different needs and unique experiences that they bring into session, all of which are equally valuable and may benefit from different tools and approaches. I hold space with a respectful curiosity and value each individual and family as the experts of their own experiences.
