Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who’s passionate about helping people feel understood and supported. I’ve spent years working with teens, families, and adults, and I bring a calm, down-to-earth style to every session. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and emotionally overwhelmed clients who need a safe space to breathe and figure things out. I’m here to listen, guide, and walk with you as you work toward feeling more grounded and in control.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using a collaborative, supportive style that’s grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients understand their patterns, build healthier coping skills, and manage strong emotions more effectively. Sessions are structured but flexible—I meet you where you are while still providing guidance, tools, and accountability. My focus includes anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients using a collaborative, supportive style grounded in CBT and DBT. My goal is to help you understand your thought patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress. Together, we set clear, realistic goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving communication, strengthening self-confidence, or creating more balance in your daily life. I focus on outcomes that help you function better and feel more in control, not just in sessions but in real-life situations.

I create a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you can be honest, ask questions, and explore the parts of your life that feel stuck. Sessions are structured but flexible, giving you guidance and tools while still meeting you exactly where you are. My aim is for you to leave therapy feeling supported, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful, lasting change.
