Great to meet you!

I've been working in the field since 2012 in variety of settings, including hospitals, jails, and various outpatient care treatment facilities and populations. I have treated many different issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship issues and more. I I incorporate many creative tools in my sessions with clients including worksheets, different apps, reading materials, and more. I have lived in Orlando, Seattle and Tampa and have loved getting to experience the diversity of culture in each of those places. I also enjoy traveling and have visited many places including Taiwan, Iceland, Mexico, and British Columbia. I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi whom I adore.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is to always start with an empathetic heart and an open mind to build a secure and trusting relationship. I strive to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts patterns as a partner in your care. My goal is to provide evidenced based care with compassion. You get to be the driver, I am simply a passenger with a map.

What you can expect from me

In my first session with each client, I love to create a warm and welcoming environment to uncover the best ways to support your unique personality, background, and culture to ensure that you get the best care for your specific needs. Together, we will create goals to work towards to build the life you want and deserve.
