Great to meet you!

Life can be pretty intense and it can be hard to find your way forward. Working together we can grow your capacity to view situations in multiple ways, problem solve, and adapt. Supporting people in developing their strengths to make positive change is central to my approach. I have a masters in counseling, a Ph.D in educational leadership and over a decade of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults and couples.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is strength based and person-centered. I tailor sessions to meet you where you are in your mental health journey. My experience includes helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief and parenting concerns. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life takes courage, and I'm here to support you in that process.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative. By remaining curious, positive, empathetic, and honest, I strive to develop a trusting relationship. The initial session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, reveal themes in your personal journey and craft gratifying goals for your future.
