I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My educational background is rooted in Sociology and Feminist theory. I take a deep interest in Existential/Humanistic therapy and specialize in existential crisis, especially issues related to sex and life transitions.
My style is warm and curious. I want to get to know you, as you are the expert in the room. I use the relationship between us to highlight and reflect on behaviors and/or thoughts you may want to explore more deeply.
I enjoy it when clients say, "I've never thought of it that way". Clients can expect to find a more precise and simpler understanding of themselves and the world as they learn to embrace nuance, uncertainty, and finitude.
