Great to meet you!
With over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and couples, I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical tools for growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and have advanced training in the Gottman Method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My work focuses on helping individuals struggling with anxiety and depression build resilience and emotional well-being. I also work extensively with couples to address conflict, improve communication, and rebuild connection. My therapeutic style is direct, honest, and clear, while also being deeply understanding and empowering. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged to grow.
Whether working with individuals or couples, I create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, learn practical skills, and move toward lasting change.
