Great to meet you!

With over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and couples, I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical tools for growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and have advanced training in the Gottman Method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My work focuses on helping individuals struggling with anxiety and depression build resilience and emotional well-being. I also work extensively with couples to address conflict, improve communication, and rebuild connection. My therapeutic style is direct, honest, and clear, while also being deeply understanding and empowering. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged to grow.

Whether working with individuals or couples, I create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, learn practical skills, and move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based methods—including the Gottman Method Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—to help individuals and couples gain insight and build real, lasting skills for change. I’m both direct and compassionate in my style: I believe in being honest and clear while creating a supportive space where clients feel safe to grow. I work to empower clients to understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, and develop tools they can use beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin identifying what’s most important to you. I’ll take time to learn about your concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy, while also sharing how I work and answering any questions you may have. Together, we’ll begin clarifying the areas you want to focus on and outline a plan that fits your needs and pace. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
