I love what I do! I want to help people heal, experience happiness and connection, and find solutions to the things that bring them to therapy. I am a licensed couples and family therapist. I am trained to work with families and couples, but I also really enjoy helping individuals. I also have a background in athletics and coaching, so I enjoy working with athletes and solution orientated personalities.
My approach is to therapy is to be an open-minded, non-judgmental, warm and empathetic person for my clients to share their goals, fears and insecurities with. With that information, I aim to help them get what they need and desire.
My goal for first session is always to offer people empathy and hope. I like to provide tools and ideas that people can leave with that will help them take the first steps towards positive change and personal growth.
