Dr. Rossi is a double board certified adult and child psychiatrist. He completed his education at Harvard University and the University of Florida College of Medicine, followed by advanced training in psychiatry at UCSF, Columbia University, and Weill Cornell Medicine—psychiatry programs consistently ranked among the best in the nation. He is a former professor at Weill Cornell Medical School in Manhattan and is the author of dozens of peer-reviewed publications.

At Mindcare, Dr. Rossi collaborates closely with Deborah Lyons, BC-PMHNP, to deliver the highest quality mental health care grounded in the latest evidence and emphasizing the most innovative treatments available. While Dr. Rossi’s direct availability is limited, he remains actively involved in clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, up-to-date treatment.
