Great to meet you!
I have been in private practice for about six years. Before that, I worked in clinical settings, in criminal and family courts and shelters.

I have been in private practice for about six years. Before that, I worked in clinical settings, in criminal and family courts and shelters.
Much of my experience has been with victims of domestic violence, so I mainly utilize a trauma-informed approach with clients. However, I don't subscribe to any single theoretical approach, and I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic techniques while allowing you to share your experiences.
In our first session, I will ask you about what you are currently struggling with and how it is impacting your life. I will work with you to identify your goals for therapy, and you will have an opportunity to ask me any questions you have about my background as a therapist or my treatment approach.
I believe that my biggest strengths lie in my ability to empathize and support clients. If you are struggling and doing it alone is not going well, I may be able to help.
My goal is for clients will feel heard and supported during every session with me.
