Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist is a daunting task, especially if you feel like you are struggling. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I see patients of many ages and life stages. I treat adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

My approach to therapy

I see that we have two main types of relationships. There is the the relationship we have to the many parts of ourselves and the relationships we have to others outside of ourselves. My goal is to uncover, with curiosity, what frustrates and puzzles us most in these relationships and build coping and communication skills to better them.

What you can expect from me

In our work together my clients can expect to gain clarity and insight about emotional goals and relationship patterns as well as tools, including communication skills, to affect lasting change.
