Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary. I work with adult women of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, co-dependency, life transitions, identity concerns, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can feel seen and understood. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a deeper understanding of your story.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring creative pursuits, and being with family. I look forward to supporting you in your growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and compassion-centered. I integrate CBT, EFT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, DBT skills, and Brainspotting to address both thought patterns and nervous system responses. Clients often describe me as grounded, calming, and genuine. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel deeply seen and understood.

I support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management challenges. Whether you are navigating major life transitions, managing chronic stress, or working through long-standing patterns, therapy can be a space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. In our first session, we'll move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what feels most pressing, and what you hope might feel different in your life. I will listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you begin identifying patterns and goals for our work together.
