Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together while quietly carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship stress. I offer a steady, compassionate space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges. My work focuses on helping people build insight, strengthen resilience, and find steadier footing while staying connected to what matters most to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we look beneath the surface to understand patterns, develop practical tools for managing stress and emotions, and move toward meaningful change at a steady pace. I draw from ACT- and IFS-informed therapy, mindfulness, experiential practices, and skills-based strategies to support flexibility, self-understanding, and emotional balance. I also welcome conversations about meaning, values, or spirituality when they are important to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to slow down and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what feels most important right now. We’ll explore your goals, answer questions, and begin getting a sense of how we might work together. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling more at ease, understood, and clearer about what support can look like moving forward.
