Great to meet you!

I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward personal growth, and I believe that starts with making an informed decision as you move forward with therapy. To help with that, here’s some background on my education and professional experience:

Since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of working in private practice, nonprofit organizations, and NYC public health systems. This experience has allowed me to work with a diverse, multicultural clientele across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in helping individuals overcome challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, chronic illness, grief and loss, mood disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize care by addressing the unique needs of each client. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, flexible environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion. I help clients identify what truly matters to them and guide them in taking actionable steps toward living in connection with their values. Through this process, we work together to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier, more adaptive ways of responding to life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative environment where you can share your current challenges and discuss how we can best move forward toward your goals. Over time, we’ll focus on embracing life’s uncertainties and fostering well-being, balance, and alignment with your values in an ever-changing world. The most important thing is for you to feel heard and understood, and to leave feeling equipped to navigate life’s experiences with greater clarity. I’ll partner with you on your journey toward inner balance and growth, helping you build confidence and develop the tools necessary to create a supportive network while maintaining your sense of self.
