Great to meet you!

During my training in community psychiatry at Cambridge Hospital, I learned about both talk therapy and psychotropic therapy. My focus progressed to biological psychiatry and the role of micronutrients such as vitamin D. I focus on providing solutions to symptoms through the discriminant use of psychotropic medication, also emphasizing the importance of learning mindfulness to notice how the treatment is working and for clients to learn about themselves and what they value most in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach involves learning about the context in which the problem arose and move on to providing biological treatment options to address the chief complaint. During this process, I strive to help clients discover the underlying factors driving actions that they may have taken in the past that are not in their best interest.

What you can expect from me

My experience in the last 5 years is circumscribed to psychotropic therapy. I no longer conduct exclusive therapy on an ongoing basis although I can help clients find solutions to problems on a ad-hoc basis.
