Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing ADHD, anxiety, family conflict, stress, grief, anger, relationship challenges, or behavioral concerns affecting you or your child. You may feel stuck in difficult patterns, overwhelmed by daily demands, or unsure how to create positive change. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support, healing, and practical solutions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience in community mental health, juvenile justice, and family services, I understand the systems and challenges that impact individuals and families. I help clients navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, panic disorders, relationship issues, family conflict, and emotional regulation while creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, warm, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should provide both insight and practical tools that can be used in everyday life. Together, we'll identify patterns that are contributing to distress and develop strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Psychoeducation. Sessions are tailored to your unique strengths, goals, and experiences while focusing on emotional regulation, communication, coping skills, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel respected and heard. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, we'll work together to identify goals and create a clear path forward.

Clients often experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier family relationships, increased confidence, stronger coping skills, and better communication. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling empowered, equipped with practical tools, and confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and stability.
