Great to meet you!

I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person’s capacity to grow, adapt, and reconnect with themselves. I see people as inherently resilient and complex, and I’m passionate about helping clients better understand their patterns while moving toward a more authentic and aligned version of who they are.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In addition to my clinical training, I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and an ACE Certified Nutrition Coach, which allows me to incorporate a holistic, mind-body perspective into my work when it aligns with a client’s goals.

Credentials & Certifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC #CP5949)
  • EMDR Trained
  • Gottman Level II Certified
  • Trauma-Informed
  • Body Image Trained

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in an integrative approach, blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness, strengths-based work, and a focus on empowerment. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to support clients in processing trauma and reducing the impact of anxiety, depression, and other distressing experiences.

What you can expect from me

In session, I often help clients connect the dots between their past and present—making sense of why they feel or respond the way they do—while also focusing on what meaningful change can look like moving forward. My style is both direct and compassionate, with an emphasis on collaboration, authenticity, and creating a space where clients feel supported and understood. I also value the use of humor and realness in therapy, when appropriate, to help foster connection and ease.
