Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, or a challenging relationship that impacts your daily life, relationships, or ability to function? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or frustrated just getting through the day? Are you wondering if life could feel better, more fulfilling, or aligned with your values? If this resonates with you, thank you for seeking support. I take a collaborative, wellness-based approach to counseling, partnering with my clients to address barriers standing in the way of their relational, spiritual, academic, or professional goals. Together, we will build on your strengths to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

For two decades, I’ve used my professional, academic, and personal experiences to connect with clients meaningfully. I specialize in working with working mothers, professional women, Black women, internationals, PKs, and MKs. As a 1st gen American, I bring a multicultural and holistic perspective, often incorporating storytelling, spirituality, and proverbs.

What you can expect from me

My passion is to help clients overcome struggles, and navigate pain and trauma. I believe healing is a journey, and I am honored to walk alongside those who take the first steps toward wellness and wholeness. Kwakya kwa mundu ni vala wamukila (Kikamba proverb): “My morning is when I wake up.” Let today be your morning. Let’s take this journey together.
