What you can expect from me
During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another, which will consist of introductions. I will ask various questions, to get to know you better. We will also go over things like informed consent, confidentiality etc. We'll discuss what brought you to seek therapeutic services and goals you'd like to work towards or what you are looking to get out of therapy. I believe it's important to begin to build rapport with the client from the beginning.
