Great to meet you!

Life can feel like it is spiraling out of control. You wake up and already have to wrestle with feelings of anxiety. You struggle to get through the day carrying the weight of intense emotional burdens. Thoughts and memories can be intrusive, making you feel like you are reliving bad moments from the past and feeling them intensely in the present. Sleep is elusive and broken up and you wake feeling exhausted and the day hasn’t started yet. Relationships have become strained. You want it to stop so you can feel like yourself again, to have some sense of peace and being at ease in your own skin.

You are not alone. My name is Myrna Molinari and I can provide a safe space for you to unload your burdens. Together we can work to reduce the stress and distress responses you are experiencing, develop self-regulatory tools to calm the mind and body, and separate the past from the present so you feel at ease in your own skin again. Dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders or substance use can be isolating. I am here to help you find your path to wellness and walk with you on the road to recovery and help support you in your wellness journey.

My approach to therapy

Choosing to start therapy takes courage, and I want to honor that step. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, hopeful, or just curious about the process—know that you’re not alone. This space is for you, and together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right and respectful of where you are today.

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, understanding, and collaboration. I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships. In our work together, my first goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard—without judgment or pressure.

You won’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need to present anything “perfectly.” All parts of you are welcome here, even the ones that feel hard to talk about. Some days we may sit with heavy emotions; other days, we may focus on building tools, reflecting, or even finding small moments of relief or humor. There’s no one right way to do this—only your way.

I’m here to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity. You set the tone, and I’ll be here to support, guide, and sometimes gently challenge you as you explore what matters most to you.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, navigate your challenges, and build the clarity and resilience to move forward in a way that feels authentic.

You are not alone in this.
