Great to meet you!

Im a licensed clinician in several states with over 12 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals and families both in person and virtually. Majority of my experience is in perinatal mental health, couples counseling , family systems, parenting, and coparent relationships.

I also have extensive background in treating symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions .

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, which means we will explore how your mind and body impact the current stressors in your life. My goal is to create a safe space that allows clients to be vulnerable and feel supported while focusing on practical and meaningful change. I use evidenced based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused strategies.

Upon request, I offer Christian based counseling and incorporate biblical principles in our sessions

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and focus on developing your goals.

Together, we’ll create a clear vision of the future you want and begin to set concrete, achievable goals to help you move forward.
