Great to meet you!

I began this journey at 12 years old with nothing but curiosity and a library card, and that curiosity grew into a lifelong commitment to understanding the mind, healing trauma, honoring the body, supporting sexual health, and exploring the connection between emotional and energetic well-being.

My approach to therapy

Today, I work with people navigating trauma, sexual health concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, identity, and relationships. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, seen, and fully yourself. My approach is multicultural, affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone.

What you can expect from me

I blend evidence-based practices like EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and positive psychology with holistic healing modalities when they feel aligned with your needs. My goal is to help you move toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and a more empowered relationship with yourself and your life.
