Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and major life changes, helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, and tools to manage overwhelming moments. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel understood while also moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being honest while also helping you move forward in real, practical ways. I work with clients navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and major life changes, and I focus on building confidence, emotional awareness, and tools to manage difficult moments. I believe therapy should feel supportive but also purposeful, helping you leave sessions with clarity and strategies you can use right away.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure environment where we focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your current concerns, any relevant history, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but you’re always in control of what you share and at what pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
