Dr. Adegoke has been practicing in diverse mental health settings for the past 20 years. As a lifespan psychologist, she has work with children, adolescents, and adults.

She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University where she graduated summa cum laude; her EdM and MA in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology and French from Syracuse University.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Adegoke’s approach to therapy is supportive and client-focused. She tries to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore life challenges. She specializes in treating clients experiencing mood disorders, trauma, relationship and family issues, work-related problems and chronic illness. She helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their inner thoughts, behaviors and actions, and make the necessary changes to live a more emotionally balanced life.
