Great to meet you!

One of my greatest passions in life is being a therapist. Drawing on decades of experience my approach blends warmth, insight, humor & a deep respect for the trust this work requires. Whether you’re burdened by daily stress or carrying the weight of deeper emotional pain, I can help you find your way through gently reconnecting with healing & clarity.

Along the way you might find yourself feeling stuck—whether it’s anxiety, loneliness, depression

or just a sense that something’s off. Life can be overwhelming-making it hard to find meaning or joy.

This is the kind of thing we can work through together.

I am an extensively trained psychotherapist licensed in California and Vermont. I earned my Masters degree from New York University and I have been practicing for more than two decades.

I specialize in depression and anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness & aging, identity and self-worth, lgbtq+ issues, relationships, veganism/Vystopia, as well as life transitions and the pursuit of purpose and meaning.

I believe In the power of the therapeutic relationship to create emotional growth and deepen your connection with self and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy depends on you as an individual. After years of training and experience as a therapist, I have learned to trust my instincts and intuition regarding how to assist you and support you on your road to healing and growth I am eclectic in my approach drawing from various therapeutic orientations. Generally, i like to approach therapy from a humanistic, strength-based, interpersonal perspective. I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship to create lasting and meaningful change.
