Great to meet you!

Healing-focused LPC for anxiety, identity and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in cultural awareness. I believe healing happens in safe, nonjudgmental spaces where clients feel truly seen and supported.

I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused THerapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I also honor the role of lived experience, generational narratives, and personal identity in shaping our emotional world. Whether we're working through stress, grief, or self-discovery, I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they reconnect with their strength, clarity, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling more grounded, emotionally lighter, and equipped with practical tools for daily life.

I create a warm, supportive space where you can show up authentically-without judgment. Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you and work toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, set healthier boundaries, process difficult emotions, and move through life with greater self-awareness and intention. Many clients share that they feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes-both internally and in their relationships.
