Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Master of Social Work. I am here to support you and guide you towards reaching your goals. I enjoy working with adults and older adults who are living with depression, anxiety and grief. I also am experienced on working with individuals that are working through the mental impact of medical issues.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is safe, non judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. I will be there to work alongside you as well as provide you with the tools and insight you need on your journey.
