Great to meet you!

Sometimes talking to family and friends is not enough. Do you present a public persona that has become a private burden? Do you feel unfulfilled, even after attempts to fill a void? No matter how much you 'overthink' a situation to find a solution, you still feel anxious or depressed. This is common as you transition through stages of life.

Unresolved issues may unexpectedly resurface causing internal struggles and external disruptions. Together, we can process distressing experiences and events that are still painful to you.

Lets develop coping strategies and/or radical acceptance for the peace of mind you deserve.I provide trauma-informed care through an intersectional, women-centered lens honoring racial and ethnic identity. I support men who want to deepen emotional awareness by healing past wounds, and cultivating authentic connections. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with sensitivity to lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as REBT, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward lasting change. I specialize in supporting women navigating life stages, sensitive men seeking deeper self-awareness, and individuals healing from trauma. I also work with clients around mother-daughter conflicts and attachment patterns, offering a safe space to explore how early experiences shape current relationships. My style is warm, trauma-informed, and client-centered—I meet you where you are while gently guiding you toward growth, clarity, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, calming, and compassionate space where you feel heard and understood. As an introvert myself, I recognize how important it is to feel comfortable and not rushed, especially when your nervous system may be on high alert. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, while also exploring your goals, needs, and hopes for the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns or challenges you’d like to address and set a foundation for moving forward. Through telehealth, I provide a private and supportive environment where you can begin your healing journey at your own pace, knowing that you’re not alone.
