Unresolved issues may unexpectedly resurface causing internal struggles and external disruptions. Together, we can process distressing experiences and events that are still painful to you.

I support men who want to deepen emotional awareness by healing past wounds, and cultivating authentic connections. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with sensitivity to lived experience.
