Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to stability of life and a more serene state of mind. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so I give you a big cheer for taking that step! I’ve been practicing for three years, and in the last year, I have shifted my main focus to those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, anger management, and grief.

My approach to therapy

Everyone's situation and story are unique, which means each person deserves an individualized approach to their care. Once we see that we are a solid fit for one another, we'll be working side by side in your therapeutic adventure. It's important to me that we have open communication and that you feel seen/heard. I will also challenge you and support you through the tough moments along the way.

What you can expect from me

I will start with an introductory session where you can share your story and talk about what you hope to achieve in therapy. Even if you’re initially unsure about your goals, we can work through that together! I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that helps you feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable while ensuring you feel secure. From there, we will collaborate to turn these goals into reality in the following sessions.
