Specializes in

Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I offer you 20+ years of clinical experience, training, and teaching holistic experiential client-centered deep psychology, as well as a gift of empathy and intuition. Are you in transition? Feeling lost, anxious, hopeless? Did you or your relationship lose direction and spark? I will help you find it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that each person holds unique essence and recipe for happiness within. Feeling confused about a direction of your life, "stuck" in the same patterns, same "mistakes" in spite of the fact that you "know better"? You are not alone. It happens because we can't just think our way out of patterns, blocks, and imprints of traumas. Sessions are non-intimidating, compassionate, inspiring.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients report significant, tangible improvements in the quality of their lives and relationships. While the time it takes for changes to take hold varies, all clients report feeling better after the very first session.
