Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, and families for the past 7 years. My experience has enhanced my therapeutic approaches in Trauma Resolution, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is best achieved through client driven, nonjudgmental, and strength-based approaches. Through an eclectic approach, therapy will include multiple modalities that are tailored for the client's distinct needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapeutic services will build from the strengths you already possess while developing additional skill-sets to help manage life more effectively. Therapy will be individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. In doing so, together we will develop an individualized treatment plan to help reach your personal goals.
