Great to meet you!

If you’ve been holding everything together on the outside but feeling anxious, exhausted, or stuck inside, you’re not alone. I work with adults and couples who are used to doing it all yet feel disconnected or overwhelmed.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience. I completed postgraduate training at St. John’s University in TF-CBT and CBT Plus for Anxiety/Depression and hold a Child and Family Therapy Certification from NYU, along with DBT Certification.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. I offer a space that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to your needs, where growth feels possible again.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll uncover what’s beneath the surface, untangle old patterns, and build the tools to move from surviving to feeling grounded, balanced, and clear about what comes next.

I integrate CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy within a culturally informed, relational approach to help you heal and move forward. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d love to connect.
