Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or by exploring the patterns that might be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness practices, strengths-based perspectives, and creative interventions. I strive to provide a supportive and thoughtful space where clients can build insight, resilience, and meaningful connection.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. We’ll begin by discussing your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better and to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my therapy approach and for us to discuss what you hope to gain from our work together.

My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll outline some initial steps and talk about the therapy process moving forward, so you can leave the session with a sense of clarity and hope.
