Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of clinical settings—including community mental health agencies, private practice, and correctional facilities—each offering a unique lens into the human experience.

My work has spanned across all ages and stages of life, from toddlers navigating early development to adolescents, young adults finding their way, and older adults facing life’s later transitions. I’ve supported clients through a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relational struggles, trauma, and life adjustments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I believe therapy is a space for exploration and growth—a place where you can come to understand yourself more deeply, heal old wounds, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life.

What you can expect from me

Whatever brings you here, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your path toward clarity, connection, and healing.
