Great to meet you!

Balancing responsibilities, expectations, and emotions can start to feel overwhelming, especially when you’re used to being the one others rely on. I work with men, educators, college students, and young adults who are navigating stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. You might find yourself overthinking decisions, feeling pressure to have it all together, struggling to communicate, or feeling stuck between where you are and where you want to be. Even when things look fine on the outside, internally it can feel frustrating, exhausting, or unclear.

My approach to therapy

With over 20 years in education as both a teacher and school counselor, I understand the unique pressures that come with working in schools and supporting others every day. I take a practical, goal-oriented approach to help you manage stress, improve communication, and move through transitions with more clarity and confidence. I especially enjoy working with men who are learning how to better understand their emotions, navigate relationships, and show up more fully in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Many clients begin to feel more grounded, focused, and confident as they gain insight and build tools that actually work in their daily lives. You can expect a space that is supportive, honest, and focused on real progress. My goal is to help you move forward with intention, strengthen your relationships, and feel more in control of where your life is headed.
