Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you've taken this journey of self-discovery and reflection. I look forward to walking alongside you as you pursue personal growth leading to a stronger sense of self. I'm very passionate about advocating for diversity awareness, working within LGBTQ+ spaces, cultural sensitivity, and social justice issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach focuses on problem-solving and healthy choice selection. I specialize in treating adolescents (16+) and adults who suffer from anxiety, high-functioning depression, eating disorder, low self-worth, perfectionism and childhood trauma. I strive to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space to process through day-to-day struggles and explore feelings from the past and present.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together your strengths will be affirmed and the roots of your difficulties will be addressed. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the need of each individual client and focuses on forming a collaborative relationship to foster change.
