Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Science in Education from St. Bonaventure University in 2022. Since earning my master's degree, I have been providing virtual counseling through Legacy Behavioral Health. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the accessibility and effectiveness of telehealth services, allowing me to support clients wherever they are.

After earning my bachelor's degree from Empire State College in 2016, I began my career as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor at St. Mary's Healthcare in the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program in Gloversville, New York. In this role, I facilitated Wellness Self-Management classes on topics including Expressive Arts, Domestic Violence Education, DBT for Anxiety, and Women's Wellness, among others. I also developed and taught an Introduction to Chakras class, providing clients with an understanding of the mind/body connection through the chakra system, the factors that influence energy balance, and practical techniques for promoting overall well-being.

My work at PROS also included providing individual counseling and advocating for clients to help ensure they had access to the resources and support needed to achieve their personal recovery goals. These experiences strengthened my commitment to meeting clients with compassion, respect, and an individualized approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My interest in counseling began with a desire to help others discover their authentic selves, find their own path forward, and develop a meaningful way of being in the world. I practice person-centered, holistic, and integrative therapy, tailoring evidence-based treatment approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My holistic approach considers the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of each person's well-being while fostering a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
