Great to meet you!

*Virtual Therapy in Florida. Currently only accepting Aetna*

I became a Psychologist because I value connection. I find it immensely fulfilling to watch my clients gain an understanding of their concerns & behaviors and implement behaviors to make positive changes.

I obtained my Doctorate in 2012 from The Florida Institute of Technology and became licensed in Florida in 2013. Prior to starting my own Practice, I worked with Undergrad & Grad Students in University Counseling Centers for 6+ years.

My approach to therapy

First, let's have a quick consultation call to make sure we both feel comfortable working together, and that my skills and experiences can be helpful for you.

The work then becomes collaborative. I want to make sure I understand your symptoms and concerns. Together, we'll discuss reasonable goals and a plan to reach them.

I provide space for you to discuss concerns, offer direct but kind feedback to help you view alternative perspectives, and teach skills to help alleviate uncomfortable symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Clients I have worked with have shared improvements in confidence, assertiveness, and ability to manage worry and stress. I also aim to help you feel more comfortable and accepting of emotions (we are humans after all).
