Great to meet you!

As an integrative psychologist (NY/MA), I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with their emotions and relationships. I specialize in addressing childhood trauma and how such experiences continue to show up and impact people in adulthood, including as problems with emotional awareness and control, and difficulties with intimacy, trust, and anger.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and simultaneously compassionate and challenging. Through therapy, I aim to help you better understand why you feel, think, and behave the way that you do. I believe that understanding our whys helps us to make changes and live happier, healthier, and more authentically.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, and the ongoing factors in your life that contribute to how you are currently feeling / behaving. We will also discuss what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin to talk about how we can collaborate to help you achieve those goals.
