Great to meet you!

Hello there — I’m Nic 👋🏼

If you’re looking for a provider who doesn’t just listen but truly hears you, you’re in the right place. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity, confidence, and those meaningful “ah‐ha” moments that move you forward.

With 20+ years in healthcare — including experience as a military corpsman, dental assistant, cardiac sonographer, and both a labor & delivery and behavioral health nurse — I bring a broad, compassionate, and grounded perspective to the work we’ll do together.

Let’s build a strong foundation for your well‐being, growth, and long‐term success.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to care - meaning you're not alone and we’re in this together. I’m not here to talk at you — we work side by side to figure out what’s really going on beneath the surface and build a plan that actually fits your life. Your insight matters just as much as my clinical perspective, making you an active part of the care team.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about getting comfortable and feeling supported. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly without any judgment — just genuine curiosity, respect, and encouragement from my side. Think of me as a guide who’s in your corner, helping you navigate both the tough moments and the breakthroughs.

We’ll spend some time going over your history and what’s been going on lately so we can get a full picture together. I’ll check in with you throughout to make sure the pace feels good and that you’re comfortable with the questions we're exploring.

By the end of our conversation, we’ll talk through what next steps make the most sense and explore treatment options that align with your goals and what you’re hoping to achieve.
