Great to meet you!

I am licensed therapist in Texas, Colorado and Illinois with 19 years of professional work experience. I am well versed in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I have 16+ years of work with the United States military both stateside and abroad. I have my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and I am certified as an Addictions Specialist.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental place for you to examine your life and process your thoughts and feelings. Therapy can help you gain insight and clarity, so that you are better able to cope with daily life and feel confident in the decisions you are making.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, the goals will be for you to understand what therapy is, how it works and creating a comfortable virtual space for you to begin. We will work together to determine priority of issues and concerns to address as well as therapeutic techniques and tool that will be helpful in beginning your therapeutic journey.
