Great to meet you!

If you ask me where I am from, I will say "nowhere!" I've lived in Madison, San Diego, New York, New Delhi and the Middle East! I carry a little something from each of these places. I prioritise enjoying food and family above all, and find peace and grounding in exploring new nature spots with my partner and labrador retriever!

I will be a good fit for you if you yearn to feel seen. I am often referred to as a "professional friend", someone who is unafraid of challenging you to be more authentic, honest and compassionate with yourself, bringing to the forefront parts of yourself that may be feeling ignored or confused. I specialise in care for individuals and couples wanting to explore their sexuality, gender, shame and pleasure. My work also aims to untangle the unspoken rules that color and culture bring into our lives. I strive to support queer, trans, kink and poly populations.

My approach to therapy

I provide a platform for my clients to theoretically understand emotions, and thoughts to reflect on their values to create a life in with their ideal selves. I use Somatic IFS, The Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy and Written Exposure Therapy from a trauma and culture informed lens.

Grief work also holds a very special place in my heart. I spent my early years training at a hospice in California. I have helped people restore hope and acceptance, while companioning them in their grief. I am trained in complicated grief interventions and have an exhaustive toolbox.

What you can expect from me

I hope that my clients leave session feeling empowered, validated and energised to align their life with their values!
