Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone is capable of living a life that feels purposeful. Sometimes because of a predisposition to depression or anxiety, losses or traumas endured through life, or the ways we were taught to think about ourselves, that purposeful life can seem like a distant possibility. Through careful psychiatric history taking, medication considerations and supportive therapy, I would like to help you thrive!

My approach to therapy

I am a Harvard-trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist. My focus is working with the powerful tools of medication management and talk therapy. I will listen closely, and help you with all the tools I have, to grow.

What you can expect from me

I help my clients build curiosity and self-compassion. I believe in a balance of change and acceptance of oneself and environment. I have diverse interests in mental health and significant experience working with immigrants, young adults, and peripartum women.
