Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults find healing and regain hope when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences begin to feel overwhelming.

My professional training and life experience have given me the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, and I believe that every person deserves compassionate, individualized care. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Whether you're coping with trauma, struggling with anxiety, experiencing dissociation, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to uncover strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

No two people are alike, which is why I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, play therapy, and art therapy.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work alongside clients to help them understand patterns that may be holding them back, develop practical coping skills, and process painful experiences in a way that promotes healing and growth.

Together, we can identify what works best for you and build tools that support lasting change in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals you hope to achieve.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share your entire story right away. My priority is creating a comfortable space where you feel supported and understood.

Clients often leave the first session with a greater sense of hope, encouragement, and practical tools they can begin using in daily life. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your unique needs and helps you move toward healing and growth.
