Great to meet you!

I’m a LCSW with a Master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. I specialize in helping individuals navigate PTSD and trauma-related challenges, and I strive to create a safe, understanding space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health and crisis centers. I have experience working with both military and non-military members to address trauma head-on.

My approach to therapy

I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help you understand how trauma and PTSD have shaped your thoughts, emotions, and sense of safety. Together, we’ll work to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, strengthen practical coping skills, and make sense of your story in a way that supports healing. My goal is to help you move out of constant fight-or-flight mode, reconnect with yourself, and begin living your life with greater peace and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, the “why now,” and begin clarifying your goals for our work together. I’ll meet you with respect, empathy, and compassion for the experiences that have shaped you. We’ll also use this time to see if we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll move forward with a plan tailored to your needs and priorities. The connection between you and your therapist is essential—you deserve to feel supported, understood, and genuinely seen.
