Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. With over 25 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and families. My experience includes anxiety, depression, familial alcoholism, relationship issues, parenting, divorce, and life transitions. I have worked in clinics, schools, and community college settings as an LMFT and credentialed School Counselor (PPSC). For the past 18 years, I have been working with a nonprofit organization, facilitating workshops for high-conflict divorced families. Additionally, I am currently working with military children, spouses, and families; addressing the unique challenges they face, including deployment, relocation, and reintegration through a school based program.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are and collaborate with you to find solutions. We’ll focus on your strengths and work together to determine the best path for your next step. Recognizing the importance of understanding the culture, systems, relationships, and experiences that shape peoples lives.

What you can expect from me

Trust is essential in therapy, I work hard to create a space where you feel safe and heard, without judgment. We'll work together to explore what's going on in your life, and I will listen carefully to understand your unique experiences and perspectives. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or any other challenge, you can expect to leave each session with hope and practical tools and strategies to apply in your daily life.
