Great to meet you!

I help people feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, trauma, or major life changes find clarity, build resilience, and feel more like themselves again. I’m a mental health professional who has worked with diverse populations in private practice, community mental health, hospitals, and schools. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll help us identify some initial goals and a path forward that fits your needs, so you can leave with more clarity and a sense of direction.
