Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. My work engages people of all backgrounds, but with a particular emphasis on LGBTQ and Women of color. I see clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, Infertility issues and other mental health concerns.

In my work I find it useful to draw on a variety of clinical perspectives as each client brings to the process a unique set of needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is an eclectic/integrative approach (drawing primarily on relational-psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based traditions).

What you can expect from me

A client can expect ongoing support, in judgement free environment. Intentional conversations regarding how the client perceives what they are experiencing. In addition to solution focused work.
